My entrepreneurial spirit, extensive networks and intuition about people were honed working with Canada’s leading executive search firm as the VP & Practice Lead for two lines of business, PR & Marketing Communications and Pharma & Life Sciences.
My career started in the entertainment industry and with 10+ years working in casting, public relations and talent management, partnering with leading Canadian actors, musicians, influencers and global brands.
I continue to mentor and guide PR students entering the market. I know what it takes to be successful in the roles I place, because I’ve lived it firsthand.
I am passionate about empowering women in the workplace and helping them navigate their return to work. My goal is to help organizations understand how to better support their talent and drive the industry forward.
